The PRS Budweiser was for promo only... i've seen descriptions stating "one-of-a-kind", but that is certainly not the case... there were about 3-4 different versions made...each version being pretty rare... i've read that there were only 10-20 of each version made... what is certain is that these guitars were never "sold"... they were a promo agreement between PRS and Budweiser... for give-aways, raffles, ect... These guitars are also seen as having true collectable potential... Essentually, the value will never go down... Meaning, buying this guitar now, playing it for 5 yrs, and you could resell it for 20%-40% more than what you paid for it... Just please take good care of it! At least better than what the last guy did... lol...
This guitar, minus some cosmetic blemishes, is a pretty excellent example... the guitar itself is very acoustic and lively... if you lightly rap this guitar with your knuckle on different parts of the guitar (ie, back of the neck, lower front bout, back neck joint), the whole guitar responds throughout... very cool... everything is all original with the exception of the "G" tuner... there is some aging on the guitar as well as some play wear in the form of light pick blemishes... there is also some scratches on the back and the tip of the headstock has a chip... it is solid though... the guitar a has a pro setup by me, new strings, and is spot-on intonation... basically studio ready and as a pro player myself, i can state with zero reservations that this guitar plays incredible well and effortlessly... a real pleasure... Please check my feedback concerning my setups and what buyers say when they receive an instrument I've sold them... I offer free shipping to the main 48 USA only... Thanks for looking!
